At the request of Buckeye Water Conservation and Drainage District and good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued; but no date is set.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before January 29, 2025, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing of several dates on which both parties are available to appear for a hearing during the months of March 2025 and April 2025.

This may avoid the need for further delays.
