On December 20, 2024, the parties filed a Stipulation to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 6, 7, 9 and 10, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery for further action.
