ORDER SETTING THE MATTER FOR A STATUS UPDATE ONLY

Pursuant to the joint motion of the parties,

IT IS ORDERED setting the above-entitled matter for a STATUS UPDATE ONLY. On or before January 15, 2025, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing of the status of this matter.

If the parties request that the matter be placed on the calendar for hearing, they should include several dates on which both parties and their witnesses are available to appear. This may avoid the need for further delays.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing scheduled for November 18, 2024 is vacated.
