On October 23, 2024, the parties were ordered to submit a status update to the tribunal no later than January 15, 2025. The tribunal has not received a status update from the parties. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED setting the above-entitled matter for a STATUS UPDATE ONLY. On or before January 28, 2025, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings in writing of the status of this matter.

If the parties request that the matter be placed on the calendar for hearing, they should include several dates on which both parties and their witnesses are available to appear. This may avoid the need for further delays.
