On August 15, 2024, the Arizona Medical Board (Board) filed a Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the Appellant withdrew its request for formal hearing. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter on October 28-31, 2024 is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED affirming the hearing on October 28-31, 2024 in 24A-49298-MDX and direct the parties to make sure all documents are filed in that matter going forward.
