Pursuant to the pre-hearing conference held on May 24, 2024, the Tribunal makes the following order:

The deadline to answer is May 31, 2024. Respondent is to provide a copy of the Complaint with highlights to indicate stipulated facts.

The deadline to disclose exhibits and witnesses is June 7, 2024.

The deadline to stipulate to exhibits is June 14, 2024.

The Arizona Medical Board shall utilize numbers when marking exhibits. Respondent shall utilize letters when marking exhibits.

All stipulated exhibits shall be marked with numbers and shall be submitted as part of the Arizona Medical Board’s exhibits.

The entire record of the hearing will be deemed confidential per stipulation of the parties.

The Tribunal will address whether written closings will be required at a later date.

Hearing dates of June 26, 2024 and June 28, 2024 will end at noon.
