ORDER REGARDING RECORD OPEN

Due to the two recent inquiries from Ms. Moon, the following information is provided to the parties:

Following the second day of evidentiary hearing, the hearing record in this matter was held open for receipt of the official record transcripts on the two hearing sessions, to be followed by requested written closing arguments in lieu of oral closing arguments.

In the interim and thereafter, due to the Board’s legal representative changing, the matter remained open for written closings, which were received on May 12, 2025.

Thereafter, the Administrative Law Judge projected the time frame to hold the record open for consideration of the extensive record, the transcripts, and the written closings.

The parties are advised that the Administrative Law Judge review of the record is not completed and the parties will be advised as soon as the review is completed and will be provided with the projected decision issue date.
