On April 25, 2024, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that Respondent no longer has a Maine Multistate Privilege to Practice pursuant to a Consent Agreement with the Maine Board of Nursing. Accordingly, the Board dismissed the instant matter.
Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.
IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
