CERTIFICATION OF DECISION

OF ADMINISTRATIVE

LAW JUDGE

I have reviewed the records of the Office of Administrative Hearings and as co-custodian of such records have determined:

On Decmber 1st, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge Decision in the above entitled matter was transmitted to State Board of Nursing by electronic filing.

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.08 and A.R.S. § 1-243, the State Board of Nursing had until January 24th, 2024 to accept, reject or modify the Administrative Law Judge Decision, as evidenced by receipt of such action by the Office of Administrative Hearings.

On Decmber 11th, 2023, the State Board of Nursing filed its “Notice of Declination to Review Administrative Law Judge Decision,” declining to accept, reject or modify the Administrative Law Judge decision.

In light of the foregoing, and pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(D), the attached Administrative Law Judge Decision is, therefore, certified as the final administrative decision of the State Board of Nursing in this matter.
