On June 25, 2024, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) requested that the hearing in the above-entitled matter on July 1, 2024 at 9:00 AM be continued to a later date and that the time currently set for hearing be used as a Prehearing Conference. Respondent has not responded to the Motion.

The Board presented good cause for continuing the hearing and using the current time as a prehearing conference for this matter.

IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing set for July 1, 2024 at 9:00 AM be converted to a Prehearing Status Conference.

IT IS ORDERED that the Hearing for this matter be continued to a later date to be decided at or following the Prehearing Status Conference.

This Tribunal recognizes this matter involves a summary suspension; accordingly, all parties are expected to make a good faith effort to identify the first available date for a Continued Hearing.
