CONTINUANCE AP11280 ISSUED TO: KARIN KULINCHENKO BRAUN, AKA: Karin K. Braun, Karin Kulinchenko Gerken, RESPONDENT.

On June 25, 2024, the Arizona State Board of Nursing (the Board) requested that the hearing in the above-entitled matter on July 1, 2024 at 9:00 AM be continued to a later date and that the time currently set for hearing be used as a Prehearing Conference. The Board demonstrated good cause, and this Tribunal granted the motion. At the Prehearing Conference conducted on July 1, 2024 at 9:00 AM the Parties requested a two-day hearing to be set as soon as possible but agreed that the days do not need to be consecutive. Respondent asserted her right to a hearing within 60 days, but did provide availability after that period; the parties collectively offered the following dates in July: 9, 11, 15, 25 (first half), 26, and 30. Respondent’s expert witness is only available through the end of July, and the Parties agreed to allow Respondent’s expert witness to testify out of order. Collective calendar restrictions of the Parties and this Tribunal prohibit conducting the hearing within the 60-day period; thus, good cause appearing, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41- 1092.05(C), the hearing will be delayed. IT IS ORDERED that hearings are set for July 25, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and for July 26, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. IT IS ORDERED if the Parties believe additional hearing time will be required, do one of the following by July 10, 2024: (A) Inform the other party and jointly submit mutual availability for August; or
