ORDER FOR WRITTEN CLOSINGS

On July 25 and 26, 2024, a hearing was held in the above entitled matter. At the conclusion of the hearing, the parties were informed that this Tribunal would order written closings with specific briefing requests.

Please provide written closings explaining the standards for and addressing the following issues:

ISSUE ONE: Prior to the transfer of care from Ms. Gordon to Ms. Braun, what was Ms. Braun’s professional responsibility for the care provided to Patient KA?

ISSUE TWO: During what times, if at all, did Ms. Braun assume care for Patient AP after Patient AP was initially discharged from Ms. Braun’s care?

ISSUE THREE: Is revocation appropriate on the basis of either being unsafe to practice, unregulatable, or otherwise?

IT IS ORDERED that the Parties submit written closings with a recommended maximum length of 15 pages, addressing the issues identified above, to be submitted two weeks after receipt of the Hearing Transcript.

IT IS ORDERED that if the Parties both agree to oral closing arguments for issues other than the three identified above, they will jointly submit dates and times in August when both parties are available for a final further hearing.
