OF HEARING

Upon review and consideration of Appellants’ Motion for Clarification as to Scope of Hearing and the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control’s (“Department”) Response thereto, the following Order issues regarding such:

Appellants have failed to demonstrate that information concerning previous violations is not relevant to the issue to be determined at the hearing. Consequently, the Tribunal will not narrow the scope of the hearing at this point. Any additional objections or arguments concerning the scope of the hearing may be raised during the course of the hearing.
