As discussed at the Further Hearing that was held on March 12, 2024, to allow the Administrative Law Judge to have the benefit of the court reporter’s transcript, as well as for the receipt of written closing arguments, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until April 9, 2024, for the sole purpose of receiving said transcript and closing arguments. The parties will receive a second Order informing them of when the record will close and the date by which an Administrative Law Judge Decision will issue.
