On August 13, 2024, the Arizona Secretary of State (Secretary) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Secretary advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the prehearing conference and hearing currently scheduled for August 19, 2024 and August 30, 2024, respectively, were not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearings in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary for further action
