AND SETTING STATUS DATE

A prehearing conference in this matter convened on August 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Jeffrey Stratman, Esq. represented Agua Fria Union High School. Assistant Attorney General Debra Sterling represented the Arizona School Facilities Oversight Board. The parties requested that the hearing in this matter be continued in order to obtain an Attorney General Opinion that may resolve the issue in dispute, and agreed to set the matter for a written Status Update in approximately sixty days.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on October 28, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
