IT IS ORDERED that the record in the above-captioned matter is held open for receipt of transcripts from Court Reporter, Eve Burton, which shall serve as the official hearing record for these proceedings, by Wednesday, June 11, 2025.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the record shall also be held open for the receipt of Closing Arguments from the parties, which must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 02, 2025. Closing Arguments, which may include proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law, must comply with the following requirements:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the record shall also be held open for the receipt of Rebuttal Arguments from the parties, which must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2025. Rebuttal Arguments must comply with the following requirements:
