On May 9, 2024, the Arizona Secretary of State (“Secretary”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Secretary advised that the parties have resolved the matter in dispute and requested that the prehearing conference and hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the prehearing conference and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary for any further action.
