On October 10, 2024, the Arizona Secretary of State (“Secretary”) filed a Motion to Vacate, in which it stated that the Secretary reversed its decision to deny Petitioner’s application for Trademark and Tradename registrations. On October 15, 2024, Petitioner filed a Response to the Motion to Vacate denying the matter had been resolved. After careful deliberation and good cause appearing;

IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on October 31, 2024 in these matters pursuant to A.A.C. R2-18-111(2) and (4).
