On April 24, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Petition (“Stipulation”) with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have “reached a settlement related to the matters at issue in the pending Petition.” While the parties further indicated in the Stipulation that the filing fee would be refunded to Petitioner, such is a matter that must be addressed directly with the Department of Real Estate as it will be at the agency’s discretion as to whether it will refund the filing fee.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department of Real Estate for any further action.
