On February 1, 2023, Petitioner filed a Motion to Vacate/Withdraw Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised of the following: “Petitioned Board has been voted out and a new board elected[.] I have faith in new board that petitioned actions will not occur[.]”

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action.
