On February 16, 2023, the parties filed a Notice of Stipulated Dismissal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they stipulate to the dismissal of Petitioner’s petition with prejudice due to the parties having resolved the issue that formed the basis of Petitioner’s petition.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting the parties’ request for dismissal of the petition filed in this matter.
