Pursuant to Respondent’s Motion for Continuance submitted on October 2, 2023, Respondent is ordered to show cause in support of their Motion. Respondent is to provide a doctor’s note and/or medical records which indicate the date of surgery, the recovery period, and the period in which he is prescribed medication. Respondent has until October 5, 2023, to provide said documentation. Should Respondent fail to timely provide said documentation, Respondent’s Motion to Continue will be denied and the hearing scheduled for October 10, 2023 will be held.
