On August 2, 2023, the Arizona Department of Real Estate filed a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Arizona Department of Real Estate advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for August 14, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action.
