IT IS ORDERED GRANTING the Motion to Consolidate Hearings. Docket Numbers 23F-248-REL-1 and 23F-248-REL-2 are now consolidated and all future filings shall be submitted under Docket Number 23F-248-REL-1.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to August 14, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.
