On November 30, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 14, 2022, and December 15, 2022, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners for further action.
