On November 20, 2023, the Board of Dental Examiners (Board) filed a Motion to Vacate/Settlement Agreement with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for December 4, 2023 and December 5, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board of Dental Examiners for further action.
