On December 9, 2024 the tribunal issued an Order requiring the parties to file a status update by March 7, 2025. To date, the tribunal has yet to receive the same. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that on or before March 24, 2205, the parties shall file a status update. Failure to file the same may result in the matter being vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings’ calendar.
