MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

On June 30, 2023, the Arizona Department of Gaming issued a Notice of Hearing setting the above-entitled matter for hearing on August 10, 2023.

The parties filed a written motion to covert the hearing date into a virtual scheduling conference. The motion was granted and a virtual scheduling conference was held on August 10, 2023. The parties orally requested that the hearing be set for a status update to afford the parties additional time to settle the matter. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is set for a status update only.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED no later than October 9, 2023, the parties must:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
