ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO ASSOCIATE, GRANTING APPEARANCE PRO HAC VICE

On September 21, 2023, Arizona-admitted attorney Marvin C. Ruth filed Motion and Consent of Local Counsel for Pro Hac Vice Admission of Richard R. Patch (“Motion”) and presented evidence of the completed requirements, including a copy of the filed State Bar of Arizona Application for Appearance Pro Hac Vice (“Application”) and Certificate of Good Standing for the State of California.

The Tribunal has reviewed and considered the Motion, and all requisite documents of Richard R. Patch to appear as Counsel Pro Hac Vice at the Arizona Office of Administrative Hearings as co-counsel for the above-captioned matter.

IT IS ORDERED, pursuant to Arizona Supreme Court Rule 39, granting the Motion,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED granting the Application for Admission as Counsel Pro Hac Vice to Richard R. Patch for the purpose of co-representation on the above-named Petitioner before this Tribunal in the above-captioned matter. The admission is valid for a period of one year from the date of the verified State Bar of Arizona Application, i.e., until August 16, 2024 and may be renewed upon compliance with the Rule 39 specified renewal procedures.
