IT IS ORDERED that on or before August 13, 2026, the parties must file their proposed exhibits; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or August 13, 2026, the parties must file their lists of proposed witnesses, with a short statement that fairly describes the substance of each witness’s expected testimony; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that August 20, 2026, is the deadline by which all motions and request for subpoenas must be filed; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that August 27, 2026, is the deadline by which responses to motions must be filed; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before September 3, 2026, the parties may file prehearing memorandum providing pertinent information and legal authority related to their positions in this matter; IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter is now scheduled to convene for hearing on September 14, 15, 16, and 17, 2026, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that opening statements will be limited to ten minutes. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties may submit written closing statements. The Administrative Law Judge will set the schedule for written closing statements at the close of the evidentiary hearing.
