The Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document Motion to Designate Exhibits Confidential and to Hold Portions of the Hearing Record Confidential as filed by the Arizona Medical Board (“Board”) on January 26, 2023, issues the following order:

As no objection was received by the Office of Administrative Hearings from Respondent, the Board’s motion is granted. Board Exhibits 12-15 are hereby designated as non-public under Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 32-1451.01(C). Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED designating as non-public Board Exhibits 12-15.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge may designate portions of the audio record and/or court reporter’s transcript as non-public on the express condition that the attorney for the Board alert the Administrative Law Judge in advance when testimony that should be designated as non-public is about to be submitted.
