Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Dr. Okafor’s Motion to Extend the Time to File Written Closing Arguments (Motion). Through the Motion,

Dr. Okafor requests that the Board be permitted to file its closing argument no later than March 5, 2024, that Dr. Okafor be permitted to file his closing argument no later than March 15, 2024, and that the Board be permitted to file its reply no later than March 25, 2024. The Arizona Medical Board does not object. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the record in the above-entitled matter will be held open until March 25, 2024 to extend the deadline for the submission of written closing arguments.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Board must file its closing argument no later than March 5, 2024; Dr. Okafor must submit his closing argument no later than March 15, 2024; the Board may submit a reply no later than March 25, 2024.
