EXHIBITS ADMITTED INTO EVIDENCE: Exhibit 1, a schematic of location where certification election is proposed to be held (attached).
At the time of hearing in this matter, the parties presented this tribunal with a written and oral set of stipulated facts that appear to resolve all issues relating to this matter. From this, it appears to this tribunal that the parties have reached agreement on a consent election so that the election can go forward if approved by the Agricultural Employment Relations Board (AERB). As the parties have resolved their dispute in this fashion, this matter is returned to the AERB for the parties to submit to the board as mandated by AAC R4-2-217 a consent election agreement for the board’s approval, and for any further proceedings that the board deems appropriate.
