On November 13, 2023, the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions (the Department) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for November 28, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions for further action.
