Based upon the agreement of the parties at the pre-hearing conference,

IT IS ORDERED that the parties must file with the Office of Administrative Hearings all requests for subpoenas, on or before September 5, 2023.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before October 16, 2023, the parties must each file with the Office of Administrative Hearings and serve on the other party copies of exhibit lists, and a description of each exhibit, and witness lists with a brief description of each witness’s anticipated testimony. Respondent Julie D. Friess shall mark her exhibits using letters. The Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions shall mark its exhibits using numbers.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties may file and serve prehearing memoranda providing information about their positions in this matter, on or before October 16, 2023.
