ORDER HOLDING RECORD OPEN TO ALLOW RESPONDENT TO SHOW GOOD CAUSE FOR FAILING TO APPEAR AT THE HEARING.

A hearing in the above-entitled matter was held on October 23, 2023. Respondent Julie D. Friess did not appear.

The counsel for the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions forwarded e-mail correspondence to the tribunal from Respondent wherein Respondent requests that the hearing be continued due to health conditions, including a hospital admission the prior Friday. However, Respondent provided no supporting documentation. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that on or before October 31, 2023, Respondent must show good cause for failing to appear at the hearing including, but not limited to, verification of her recent hospital admission and discharge, and other medical conditions.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the record in this matter will be held open until October 31, 2023 for the sole purpose of allowing Respondent to show good cause for failing to appear at the hearing.
