On February 7, 2023, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (“Department”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that “following an informal settlement conference on February 1, 2023, the appellant, Colleen Allendale Lyon, informed the Department of Public Safety that she no longer wants a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings. A copy of her e-mail is attached.”

Based upon the withdrawal of the request for hearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for any further action.
