On June 9, 2023, the Arizona Department of Public Safety (Department) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Ms. Gaines no longer wished to have a hearing in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 7, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
