A prehearing conference was held on June 24, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. Assistant Attorney General Deanie Reh represented the Arizona Department of Liquor Licenses and Control. Peter Schelstraete, Esq. represented Respondent Hi Fi Kitchen and Cocktails.

To summarize what was discussed at the pre-hearing conference:

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing will commence as agreed upon by the parties, on September 26, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., and if necessary, will re-convene on September 27, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The hearing will be conducted in-person as requested by Respondent. However, for the convenience of witnesses, video conferencing or telephone participation through Google Meet will be as follows:
