The documents, consisting of a letter authored by Lessee David Penney addressed to the undersigned, as well as a copy of the Decision and Order Adopting the Recommended Decision, will not be considered as they were either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter as the Office of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction over the matter. Any further correspondence must be sent directly to the State Land Department. Although the documents will be retained in the file, they should not be responded to by any party.
