Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the prehearing conference and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Secretary of State for further action.
