IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS
In the Matter of:
Candace Velazco,
Petitioner,
v.
Arizona Secretary of State,
Respondent.
No. 23-011-NOT
ORDER VACATING
HEARING
On February 13, 2024, the Arizona Secretary of State (“Secretary”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Secretary advised that “following an informal settlement conference between the parties, the Secretary decided to reverse the original denial and grant Petitioner’s application; while Petitioner’s application for a Notary Public commission has not yet been granted, this delay is only because all necessary paperwork is still being processed.”
Sufficient cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary for further action.
Done this day, February 14, 2024.
