On December 18, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulated Motion to Vacate Pre-Hearing Conference and Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the pre-hearing conference currently scheduled for January 12, 2024, and the hearing currently scheduled for January 26, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the pre-hearing conference and hearing in this matter are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary of State for further action.
