On December 20, 2023, the Secretary of State of Arizona filed a Motion to Vacate Prehearing Conference and Hearring with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Secretary of State of Arizona advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearings currently scheduled for January 5 and January 19, 2024, were not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Secretary of State of Arizona for further action.
