On May 5, 2023, the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office (Respondent) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 1, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to Respondent for further action.
