On April 25, 2023, the Arizona Board of Technical Registration (“Board”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Board advised that the “parties have entered into a Consent Agreement which was approved by the Arizona Board of Technical Registration on April 25, 2023.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Board for further action.
