On September 21, 2022, Petitioner filed a Notice of Withdrawal of HOA Dispute Petition with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Petitioner advised that she had sold the property and, therefore, no longer had standing to pursue a dispute with Respondent. As a result, a hearing in this matter was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for further action.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all pending motions are moot as a result of this order.
