On December 6, 2021, counsel for Respondent filed a Settlement Status Update with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which counsel advised that “[t]he Parties have agreed on all terms of the Settlement Agreement and are working through final signature on the settlement. The Parties anticipate a final resolution shortly. At this time, the Parties are not requesting this matter be placed on the calendar for hearing.”

Based on the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Department of Real Estate for any further action.
