HEARING

On March 22, 2022, the Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“Department”) filed Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Order with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Department advised that Respondents failed to file an Answer to the Notice of Hearing and Complaint (“Notice”), and therefore Respondents are in default. As a consequence of the default, the allegations in the Notice are deemed admitted. The Department revoked Respondents’ licenses and vacated the scheduled hearing.

Based upon the above,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Department for further action.
